Reapplying for Aid
The need for reapplying for financial aid depends upon your student status.
U.S. citizens, permanent residents, undocumented and DACA students
You must reapply for financial aid each year to be considered for need-based aid from Mount Holyoke; U.S. citizens and permanent residents applying for only federal aid do not need to complete the requirements for need-based aid from Mount Holyoke but do need to complete the FAFSA each year to apply for federal financial aid. Current students who apply for aid should have all requirements into SFS by February 15.
If you did not qualify for need-based financial aid from Mount Holyoke at the time of your admission and your family circumstances have changed significantly, we encourage you to apply for aid in subsequent years.
International students
You need to apply for financial aid at the time of application. Your family contribution is determined at the time of admission. You do not need to reapply for aid in subsequent years.
